Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Express delivery options are available for most destinations.

Free Shipping Thresholds

Denmark: From 1,000 DKK
EU: From 250 EUR
Norway, United Kingdom and Switzerland: From 300 EUR
USA, Canada and Mexico: From 350 USD

Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) will normally be dispatched on the same business day, subject to stock availability and operational capacity.

For deliveries within the EU, the estimated delivery time is typically 2–5 business days from the date the order is received.

For deliveries outside the EU, delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination, customs processing and peak periods.

All delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by holidays, carrier capacity and customs clearance and do not constitute a binding delivery commitment.

We ship internationally using the shipping provider selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Duties and Taxes

EU: No duties or import taxes apply. All prices include VAT.

Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom: Orders are shipped DDP, meaning duties and taxes are included in the price where possible. The customer remains the legal importer of record and may be required to provide import information or approve customs clearance. Customs authorities may impose additional duties, taxes or administrative fees, which are outside our control and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Rest of the world: Orders are shipped on a DAP or equivalent basis unless otherwise stated. Import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees and any related charges are determined by local authorities upon arrival and are not included in the purchase price. These charges vary by country and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We do not guarantee that no duties, taxes or fees will be charged upon delivery.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of the date of confirmed delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are nonrefundable.
