1. Company Information

This website is operated by Service Projects ApS, CVR 43933582, Sturlasgade 12R, 2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark ("Service Projects", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all use of this website and all purchases made through it.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the website or place an order.


2. Scope and Applicability

These Terms apply to all customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Separate terms may apply to business customers (B2B).

In case of conflict between these Terms and any other policy on this website, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.


3. Products

All products are sold subject to availability.

Product images, dimensions, finishes and colours are indicative only. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes and screen display differences.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit products at any time without notice.


4. Prices

All prices are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law.

Shipping costs, duties and taxes are calculated or stated separately.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.


5. Ordering and Payment

An order is binding upon confirmation by us.

Payment must be completed at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information or stock issues.


6. Delivery

6.1 Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) are normally dispatched the same business day, subject to stock availability and operational capacity.

6.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and provided for guidance.

Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure, peak periods or public holidays are outside our control.

Estimated delivery times do not constitute a binding delivery commitment.

6.3 Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.


7. Duties, Taxes and Import

7.1 EU

For deliveries within the EU, no import duties apply.

7.2 Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom

Orders may be shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning duties and taxes are included where possible.

The customer remains the legal importer of record and may be required to provide import information or approve customs clearance.

Customs authorities may reassess goods and impose additional duties, taxes or administrative fees. Such charges are outside our control and remain the responsibility of the customer.

7.3 Rest of World

For all other destinations, import duties, local taxes and customs fees may be charged upon delivery in accordance with local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

8.1 Withdrawal Period

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of confirmed delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may contact us directly at hello@service-projects.com before the withdrawal period expires.

8.2 Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

You may handle the goods to the extent necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning — corresponding to what would be permitted in a physical store. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the goods have been handled beyond this.

Original packaging is not required to exercise your right of withdrawal, unless the packaging has an independent significant value of its own.

8.3 Return Shipping

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. This will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase.

The customer bears the risk for returned goods until received and inspected by us.

9. Refunds

Upon receipt of a valid withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery offered by us).

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods - or from the date you provide documentation that the goods have been handed over to a carrier for return, whichever is the earlier date.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Original shipping costs are not refundable if the return is not due to an error or defect attributable to us.


10. Lost or Misdelivered Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer, or if delivery fails, an investigation must be initiated with the carrier.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the carrier has completed its investigation and officially confirmed the shipment as lost.

Carrier investigations may take several business days. During this period, no refund or replacement will be issued, as shipments are often located and successfully delivered following investigation.


11. Warranty and Complaints

Consumers have a 24-month right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

The right of complaint does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse
  • Improper handling
  • Cosmetic changes caused by use

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time and no later than two months after discovery of the defect.


12. Limitation of Liability

Service Projects ApS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of revenue or business interruption.

Our total liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.


13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, pandemics, war, natural disasters, transport disruptions or governmental restrictions.


14. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of Service Projects ApS and may not be copied or used without written consent.


15. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Danish law.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.


17. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

The current version will always be available on our website.
