  • Dry Vermouth15ml

Method

Dirty Martini

Infuse 2g Koseret tea & 50ml Vodka for 30 mins at room temperature and strain it through.

Add all ingredients into a cocktail tin over ice and stir for a good 30 seconds, strain into a frosty glass.

Garnish with three olives on a stick.

Vesper Martini

Add all the ingredients into a tin and shake hard for 5 seconds, Fine strain and garnish with a fancy lemon twist.

Dry Martini

Add all ingredients into a cocktail tin over ice and stir for a good 30 seconds, strain into a frosty glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
