Let the vodka, olive oil, and mint infuse in the fridge overnight. During this time, the olive oil will separate and solidify on top of the vodka. The next day, strain the mixture through a coffee filter to remove the oil and mint.
Add water and sugar to the strained liquid. We recommend dissolving the sugar in the water first, then combining it with the infused vodka.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir gently until well chilled.
Serve with an olive garnish in a chilled glass, without ice.
